Integratron

Situated on top of a crazy geomagnetic vortex is the integration. Invited by a retired aerospace engineer in the 1960 named George Van Tassel who clammed he got the blue prints by  telepathic download form extraterrestrials. The Integratron was designed to be an electrostatic generator for the purpose of cell rejuvenation and time travel. The machine would have been able to extend our lives by 20-50 years. Tassel spent 25 years of his life building the integration but never gets to turn it on. He was shut down by the government a few times and then died suddenly and mysteriously.
